so i know duax posted something about our aspirations in the preliminary stages, but we've been working on putting together an arts/music collective in the Mission called "the Groove Factory." we came inches away from teaming up with sfbaymodels.com, but due to life's complexities, didn't go through...
that leaves us with room for three more roommates...we're asking 1000 bucks for 1st, last and deposit (monthly rent being 400+util) which is probably the cheapest rent you can find in these parts. and you get to say you live at the groove factory...
we've got a pretty solid team right now, shooting for moving in on march 1st, but in order to do that, we need to secure subleases from everyone to show the realtor that we've got the cash to pull it off...
our team consists of:
myself - groove factory foreman
mr. duax - the man, the myth
the grant brothers - industrial artists, carpenters, custom soundsystem designers
a dude named mack - carpenter, furniture designer
kris and em - a laid back couple of visual artists from humboldt county
nikola from montenegro - pizza delivery dude, owns a cat
sir steven wright - resident santa cruz jazzcat
so we're in need of three more colorful souls to fit the bill, help us build this place to facilitate epic experience, as we've got the knowhow and the resources...
