i'm sure most of you haven't even considered spending ~$200 to upgrade windows and know full well what an OSS/linux zealot i am, but still. here's some interesting reading on a slow day. especially relevant, i think, is the issue of Digital Rights Management (DRM), which will effect/restrict any sort of media on your computer should you install vista. totally way bad news dude.
