Sunday, July 18th
6-9 pm (a short early show, you can get your beauty sleep or check the noise show at the Hub that night if you are so inclined)
at Necropolis, 1023 Front St, Sacramento (Old Sac, I know - ride a bus or take your bike, this show ends early enough)
only $5
(WANING) - Sacramento Post-Metal - The Cure meet Melvins with boy/girl vocals. We still have many, many copies of our CD to sell. http://waning.bandcamp.com/album/always-ending
Summer of Glaciers - San Francisco's one man epic post-rock/electronica hybrid, fresh off an unfortunately truncated North American tour. The recently released Concentric is the headphone/driving album of the summer. He's keeping his Sacramento date, so please come support. http://summerofglaciers.bandcamp.com/
Noisepsalm - appearances by Placerville's king of "inDUBstrial" are getting more and more rare. Like (waning) - Noisepsalm made his first appearences at noise shows, but the project always been at his best when working with more song-oriented material, sounding something like Massive Attack with a reverb-drowned Layne Staley on vocals. Word is there will be a cellist involved for this show. http://noisepsalm.bandcamp.com/
