Best of The Stag 2007

We have an excellent show this weekend!
Please come to our end of the year wrap-up featuring some of (what I consider) the best bands to play The Stag in the last year.
Nowheres -- Possibly the best new punk band in Sacramento you haven't heard yet, Black Flag meets Smut Peddlers in a no-holds-barred aural assault on your senses. If you don't dance to this band you have no soul.
Der Spazm -- Sonic-Youthy informed weird Spazm-rock, jangly and infectious noisy guitars and lots of energy.
Anti-Bodies -- Loud and lewd and charged with venom, a jackhammer to your brain might feel better, but unlikely.
Posiden -- A jazzy punk melange of which sounds similar to Minutemen or Sublime with enough musicality and originality to compare favorably to the former and more than enough rump-shaking rhythm to keep even the most jaded scenster interested.
At least that's what I think about those bands...why don't YOU come out and see for yourself?
The Stag is @ 506 Main Street in historic, downtown Woodland, CA!
Doors 9pm / $5 / 21+ w/ID (but I encourage you underage types to try to sneak into this show just the same!)
